1. Scope and parties
These terms concern Falcon 29 LLC’s falcon29.com website and TILT: Gravity Block Puzzle for Android. Tilt is offered on Google Play under the developer name TikiTaka Interactive, package com.tikitakainteractive.tilt. The terms of services such as Google Play and Google Play Games also apply to your use of those services. This text does not promise features or distribution channels for other, unpublished projects.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the game for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of the software or branding does not transfer to you. Rights that mandatory law grants you remain unaffected.
3. Rules of use
Do not use the game unlawfully, bypass payment or technical protections, manipulate leaderboards through cheating, false scores or automation, or infringe others’ rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering and similar activities apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Game progress and version changes
Tilt is offered for Android through Google Play. Game balance, content, and features may change in updates. Scores, progress, and preferences rely on local saves; complete backup across devices or full restoration after an update, device change, or uninstall is not promised. A Google Play Games leaderboard is not a cloud backup of the full game save.
5. Purchases and VIP subscriptions
The Android version uses Google Play Billing for a one-time ad removal product and monthly VIP subscription options. The product, price, period, and any automatic renewal terms are determined by the Google Play information shown during purchase. Automatically renewing subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Google Play account. Uninstalling the app or clearing local data does not cancel a subscription. In-game coins and virtual items are for use within the game and do not confer a right to a cash payment outside it.
6. Scope of ad removal
When enabled, the one-time Remove Ads product removes banner and mandatory interstitial ads. Rewarded ads selected by the player to receive a reward are outside that scope. An active VIP subscription removes banner and mandatory interstitial ads; standard rewarded-ad flows may grant the reward without playing a video. Special reward options explicitly offered as watching an ad may still show an ad. Review the purchased package’s description within the game.
7. Purchase entitlements and refunds
Recognition of purchase entitlements depends on Google Play connectivity, the relevant Google account, and transaction status returned by Google Play. The game queries eligible purchase and subscription information from Google Play. Payments and refunds are subject to Google Play processes and applicable consumer law. If you have a problem, email contact@falcon29.com; do not send payment card details or account passwords.
8. Google Play Games and online features
Google Play Games provides player profile and leaderboard features. An authorized session may be recognized automatically, and scores and highest-block information may be submitted to leaderboards. Ads, leaderboards, and purchase queries depend on internet access and the relevant service’s availability. Uninterrupted operation on every device at all times is not promised.
9. Intellectual property
The game’s software, artwork, audio, design, and branding belong to Falcon 29 LLC or the relevant rights holders. Third-party components may have their own licences. These terms do not separately license the use of related brands or game assets.
10. Updates and availability
Updates may improve compatibility, stability, and game balance. Supported Android versions and device requirements are described in the store listing. Online features depend on the availability of their providers. Material changes will be described through the store, in-game notices, or the website where appropriate; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes local saves, advertising, Google Play Games, purchases, and support correspondence: https://falcon29.com/es/privacy/ Permission to use a service is not unlimited consent to every kind of personal data processing. Relevant privacy and account choices are managed using the respective service’s tools.
12. Liability and mandatory rights
Services are offered with their current functionality. Error-free or uninterrupted operation and preservation of every local save are not guaranteed. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies under applicable law. The scope of a specific claim depends on its facts and applicable law.
13. Ending use and disputes
You may stop using and uninstall the game; any subscription must be managed separately through Google Play. Access to relevant online features may be restricted for serious breaches or cheating under applicable rules. Mandatory consumer protections and your rights concerning competent dispute-resolution bodies remain unaffected. You can first contact contact@falcon29.com about a problem.

These terms may be updated to reflect product changes. The current version and last updated date are published on the website; important changes will be separately communicated where necessary.
