سياسة الخصوصية

This legal text is currently available in English and Turkish.
1. Scope and developer
This policy covers Falcon 29 LLC’s falcon29.com website and TILT: Gravity Block Puzzle for Android. The app package is com.tikitakainteractive.tilt and the developer name displayed on Google Play is TikiTaka Interactive. The developer entity is Falcon 29 LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Privacy contact: contact@falcon29.com. Other projects’ data practices will be described within their own scope when published.
2. Game data stored on your device
Tilt stores scores, game progress, in-game coins, unlocked content, preferences, and the local state of purchased features in device save files. These local records are separate from leaderboard data sent to Google Play Games and purchase records held by Google Play. A local save does not mean that all progress is backed up in the cloud or transferred between devices. The age group selected for advertising is also stored on the device.
3. Google Play Games and leaderboards
When a Google Play Games connection is used, the game obtains a player ID and display name and sends the highest score and highest block reached to Google’s leaderboard service. An already-authorized Play Games session may be recognized automatically; sign-in is also available through leaderboard screens. Google operates this service under its own privacy policy and account settings. Player profile and leaderboard visibility depend on Google Play Games settings. 4. Advertising, AdMob, Unity Ads, and Mediation Networks
Tilt uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), and Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation to display in-game advertisements. These advertising services may process device and advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID / AAID), IP address and approximate region derived from it, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver, frequency-cap, and measure ads, and to detect and prevent fraud. While these data points are not transmitted to the developer’s own servers, they are processed by the respective ad networks in accordance with their privacy policies.
Official privacy policies of our advertising partners:
- Google AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google Play Data Disclosure
- Unity Ads: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource): https://www.is.com/privacy-policy/
5. Advertising privacy choices
Tilt uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices. A privacy form is shown at startup when the service requires it. When UMP reports that a privacy options entry point is required, an Advertising privacy choices button appears in Settings and reopens the relevant form. Available choices depend on region, Google’s message configuration, and existing preferences. Android advertising ID controls are also available through device settings. Changing an advertising preference does not automatically erase all previously processed data.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. The game processes product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase/acknowledgement status, and entitlement information to recognize purchases, acknowledge transactions, and enable purchased features. The local state of ad removal and VIP entitlements is stored on the device. Payment card details are managed by Google Play and are not received by the game’s purchase flow. Google’s transaction records are separate from device game saves.
7. Support correspondence
When you email contact@falcon29.com, your email address, message, and information you choose to include are processed to answer your support or privacy request. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, payment card details, or account passwords. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to follow up the request and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
8. Permissions and notifications
The game uses internet/network access for advertising, Google Play Games, and purchases; vibration for haptic feedback; and notification permission on supported Android versions for local reminders. Android advertising ID permission relates to advertising services. Notification permission can be changed in device settings. The current Android configuration does not request precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access. Inferring an approximate region from an IP address is distinct from requesting precise location permission.
9. Service providers and processing locations
Tilt’s Android services utilize Google AdMob/UMP, Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), Google Play Games, and Google Play Billing. These third-party services detail their data practices and international data transfer safeguards in their respective official documentation. Support inquiries sent by email are processed through our email service provider. Data may be processed outside of your country of residence, including in the United States.
10. Retention, deletion, and account controls
Local game saves are kept on your device. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling the game may remove local saves; this does not automatically delete Google Play Games data, Google Play purchase records, or advertising provider data. Play Games profiles and game data are managed through Google Play Games/Google account settings. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play. Requests concerning support information processed by the developer can be sent to contact@falcon29.com. Google-held data is subject to the relevant service’s retention and deletion rules.
11. Rights and security
You can send requests concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, where provided by applicable data protection law, to contact@falcon29.com. Requests are considered within applicable time limits and conditions. Google account and privacy tools can also be used for data managed by Google. Google’s SDK disclosures describe encryption measures in transit. Local game saves are standard application files. Absolute security of transmission or storage cannot be guaranteed.
12. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)
Tilt is designed for a general audience and presents a neutral age-screen upon initial launch. The selected age is saved locally on the device and may be modified at any time in the Settings menu. For users indicating they are under 13 years of age:
- Behavioral tracking and personalized advertising are strictly disabled (AdMob TFCD / COPPA compliance and Unity non-behavioral metadata are activated).
- The Advertising ID (AAID / GAID) is not collected, transmitted, or used for tracking (device ID opt-out is enforced).
- Only COPPA-compliant, Google Play Certified Families Ad Networks (Google AdMob, Unity Ads) serving general-audience, G-rated, and contextual ads are delivered, or ad delivery is restricted.
- No personal information, persistent identifiers for tracking, or precise location data is collected from children or shared with third parties.
Parents and legal guardians may contact us at any time at contact@falcon29.com to review, manage, or request the deletion of any child-related data.
13. Website
Language selection on falcon29.com may use local storage to remember your preference. This storage is separate from Tilt’s advertising SDK. Following email and Google Play links subjects you to the relevant service’s data practices. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and browser/request information associated with website requests; this is separate from local in-game saves.
14. Changes and contact
This policy will be updated when features, services, or data practices change. The last updated date of the applicable version are stated on the published page. Privacy and support contact: contact@falcon29.com. Entity: Falcon 29 LLC. Google Play developer name: TikiTaka Interactive.
